EASY CARE: Wash the skillet by hand using a small amount of dish soap and warm water. Rinse and dry it immediately with a paper towel or lint-free cloth, avoiding air drying.
SUPERIOR HEAT RETENTION: This skillet holds heat well, keeping it hot and efficiently transferring the heat to sear meat and pan-roast vegetables with excellent results. It's designed to withstand high heat and can be used on open flames.
